Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a service, or engaging with any available features, you agree to these terms. A binding service agreement begins only when the applicable written proposal, estimate, or service agreement has been accepted by the customer.

Website Information

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may describe available services, processes, materials, or project options. Content does not constitute a guaranteed quote, confirmed appointment, or commitment to provide a particular service.

Service Requests

Submitting an inquiry or requesting an appointment does not automatically reserve a service professional, confirm a project date, or create an obligation to proceed. Service availability depends on scope, location, scheduling, materials, and other project requirements.

User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, access, and project information. Customers should disclose known hazards, structural concerns, existing defects, access restrictions, and other conditions that may affect the safe completion of work.

Property Access

Reasonable access to the property and relevant work areas must be provided at agreed times. Customers should secure valuables, personal belongings, pets, and other items that could interfere with the work or be affected by normal project activity.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates and proposals are based on the information and conditions reasonably known when prepared. Unless otherwise stated in writing, an estimate is not a guarantee of final project cost. Hidden conditions, material changes, or additional requirements may affect pricing.

Changes to Scope

Changes, additions, or substitutions requested after approval of the original scope may require a revised estimate or written change authorization. Additional work should not be assumed to be included unless it is clearly stated in the applicable agreement.

Payments

Payment terms, deposits, milestones, balances, and applicable charges are determined by the written agreement or proposal. Amounts for completed work, approved changes, or specially ordered materials may remain payable according to those agreed terms.

Scheduling and Delays

Service dates and project timelines are provided in good faith and may change because of weather, permitting, site conditions, material availability, supplier delays, access issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control. Schedule changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Materials and Site Conditions

Materials may vary from displayed examples because of availability, manufacturer changes, discontinued products, or reasonable substitutions. Existing structures and concealed conditions may require additional work when they are discovered after work begins.

Customer-Provided Materials

When customers supply materials, fixtures, appliances, equipment, or other products, responsibility for their compatibility, condition, specifications, and manufacturer requirements may remain with the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Permits and Approvals

Certain projects may require permits, inspections, property approvals, or other authorizations. Responsibility for obtaining required approvals will depend on the applicable project agreement and local requirements.

Warranties

Any workmanship warranty or service guarantee applies only where provided in writing and is subject to its stated terms, duration, exclusions, and limitations. Manufacturer warranties for supplied products remain subject to the manufacturer's own warranty conditions.

Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve independent specialists, manufacturers, suppliers, inspectors, or other third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms, warranties, policies, or agreements.

Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation rights and applicable charges depend on the stage of the project and the written agreement. Either party may terminate an agreement where permitted by its terms or applicable law. Completed work, approved changes, and non-cancellable materials may remain payable.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to contracted services is limited to the obligations and remedies stated in the applicable agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Website Availability

Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Website features, descriptions, service availability, and content may be changed, suspended, or updated without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

Website text, graphics, layouts, logos, photographs, illustrations, and other original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially used without appropriate authorization.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service agreement and the relevant jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed through reasonable communication and any dispute-resolution process specified in the applicable agreement.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services, website functionality, legal requirements, or business practices. The updated version will be published on this website and will apply as permitted by applicable law.
